About Me

A Passion for Systems

My entire journey in technology is driven by a fascination with a single concept: systems. I thrive on understanding how complex technical systems are built, how they function, how they are secured, and how users interact with them. This core passion is what unifies my interests in IT, Cybersecurity, and Game Development.

In IT and Cybersecurity, I apply this passion analytically. I focus on ensuring system integrity, reliability, and security. Projects like my Arduino-based motion detection system and my Caesar Cipher encryption tool were practical explorations of physical and data security principles. My work with cloud databases and API-driven robotics demonstrates my ability to design and manage the interconnected systems that modern technology relies on. For me, a well-run IT environment is a complex system in perfect balance.

In Game Development, I apply this same passion creatively. As a Gameplay Programmer, I don't just write code; I architect the interactive systems that form the core of the player's experience. In Have You Seen This Man?, I was responsible for the underlying logic and stability of gameplay mechanics. For Hazard Perception VR, I designed an AI-driven traffic system—a complex, simulated environment focused on safety and learning. This is where I build systems designed for engagement and immersion.

From Theory to Practice

My motivation is to solve complex puzzles, whether they are technical, logical, or creative. Founding and managing Opsters eSports wasn't just about gaming; it was about building and managing a complex socio-technical system—a community, a website, and a brand—from the ground up. This taught me invaluable lessons in project management, user support, and digital infrastructure.

This unique combination of interests allows me to approach challenges from multiple perspectives. Whether I'm troubleshooting a technical issue for a user, analyzing a system for security vulnerabilities, or programming a new gameplay feature, I'm drawing from the same foundational skill: the ability to analyze a complex system, identify its key components, and implement a robust solution.

Ultimately, my goal is to build a career where I can continue to explore my passion for systems—ensuring they run smoothly, securing them from threats, and, where I can, making them fun to interact with.
